Phone consultation rates:
$150.00 per hour
$75.00 per ½ hour
$37.50 per 15 minutes
The initial phone consultation is between 45 minutes-1.5 hours. Follow-up consultations usually take 30 minutes or less. These times vary according to the complexity of your condition. If you have questions regarding rates or billing, please call us for more information.
Your insurer may cover consultation. For phone consults, we do not process billing claims directly from our office. We will be happy to provide you with the proper forms needed for reimbursement by your insurer. Please call our office if you need help determining your coverage.
